The Role
We are seeking a proactive and capable Account Manager to join our Client Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Hertford office Monday – Friday 37.5hrs per week with a shorter working day on a Friday, supporting the delivery of print and fulfilment projects for several key accounts.
You'll work alongside a Senior Account Manager on larger contracts and take ownership of your own portfolio of clients. The role involves end-to-end project coordination—from initial enquiry through to final delivery—requiring excellent communication, organisation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Account Manager in delivering contractual obligations for key client accounts
* Manage your own portfolio of clients from initial enquiry through to final delivery
* Maintain project schedules, ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs, and coordinate with internal teams
* Provide clear, timely communication to both internal stakeholders and external clients
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within our Management Information System (MIS)
* Prepare and support the production of project reports, client MI, and invoicing
* Attend and host regular client meetings and reviews
* Support non-conformance investigations and provide structured client feedback
* Identify opportunities for account growth, including cross-selling and upselling relevant services
* Monitor client revenue against annual budgets, report variances with explanations, and contribute insights to the annual sales forecasting process based on client engagement
* Collaborate with the wider Client Services team to ensure consistent service delivery
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an account management, project management, or customer success role
* Background in print, manufacturing, or a similar production environment desirable but not essential
* Experience working to defined KPIs and SLAs
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Confident, professional communicator with a collaborative approach
* Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to delivery
