Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Full-time – Term Time Only Salary: £90 – £120 per day (dependent on experience) About the Role: A nurturing primary school in Bletchley is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with autism and speech and language needs. The successful candidate will work 1:1, helping the child access learning and participate in classroom life. Key Responsibilities: Provide consistent and structured 1:1 support throughout the day Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet the child’s needs Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists Track progress and behaviour using EHCP targets Requirements: Experience working with children with SEND (especially ASD) Patient, caring, and proactive approach Strong communication skills and team-player mindset Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., CACHE, Autism Awareness) desirable Why Join Us?
