What You'll Do Partner with the Registered Manager to oversee daily operations, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that meets Ofsted requirements. Who We're Looking For Essential : At least 3 years' experience in a residential children's home setting. Essential : NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People. Essential : Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Deep understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding protocols, and children's residential care practices. Proven skills in managing budgets and rotas with precision. Charismatic leader with excellent communication and a knack for mentoring others. Resilient and empathetic, with a passion for supporting children with emotional and behavioural challenges. Ready to work shifts and take on sleep-in duties as needed.
