About the Role
As an Apprentice Warehouse Operative, you will work as part of a supportive team, learning the key skills required for a successful career in warehousing and supply chain operations. Alongside your day-to-day role, you will complete a nationally recognised Level 2 Supply Chain Apprenticeship, gaining valuable qualifications while earning a salary.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations
2. Picking, packing, and loading/unloading goods
3. Stock handling and inventory checks
4. Following health & safety procedures at all times
5. Working collaboratively as part of a team
6. Developing knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
Training & Development
7. Work towards a Level 2 Supply Chain Apprenticeship
8. On-the-job training with experienced colleagues
9. Ongoing support from both Maersk and the training provider
10. Opportunity to develop long-term career prospects within Maersk

11. Must be 18 years or older
12. Enthusiastic and reliable with a strong work ethic
13. Willingness to learn and develop new skills
14. Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
15. An interest in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain careers
