Job Title: Newly Qualified Architect

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice that provides expert design services to the residential and commercial sectors. We are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to manage a range of residential projects in our Birmingham studio.

Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver a range of residential projects from inception through to completion.
* Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved.
* Liaise with clients, contractors and team members.
* Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD.
Qualifications & Experience
* ARB registered.
* Successfully completed you RIBA Part 3 Qualification experience.
* Strong post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience within a relevant role in a UK practice.
* Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
* Experience managing projects within the residential sector.
* Housebuilder experience desirable.
* Portfolio that demonstrates strong layout and master‑planning experience.
* Excellent drawing and design skills.
* Strong experience working on projects across RIBA stages 0‑3.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area.
