REQUIREMENTS:
* MUST have 1-2 years of experience in reception or customer service.
* MUST possess strong leadership and delegation skills.
* MUST have excellent communication, organisation, administrative and problem-solving skills.
* MUST be a UK citizen or have legal work eligibility in the UK.
* MUST have transportation to and from work.
* MUST be diligent and trustworthy.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY:
Reporting to the General Manager.
Assisting with receptionist recruitment as needed.
Preparing accurate department reports and statistics on time.
Attending daily and weekly HOD meetings and coordinating information with reception staff.
Answering all incoming phone calls and emails, or routing them swiftly and accurately to the correct staff member.
Taking all room bookings using the accommodation software. Ensuring that all individual room bookings are charged at the time of booking.
Handling refunds for customers as needed following the correct policies and procedures.
Reporting and handling accommodation issues or software issues swiftly.
Greeting and directing visitors to correct spaces within the venue.
Problem-solving or directing customer issues.
Preparing accommodation room and breakfast lists and providing them to correct staff members or notice boards.

SALARY:
£25,500 per annum
