The Role
As the Oracle Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end reporting delivery across multiple Oracle Fusion modules. You’ll lead a team of reporting specialists, oversee requirements gathering and design, and ensure that reporting solutions align with both business needs and Oracle best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of onshore and offshore reporting professionals.
* Manage the full lifecycle of reporting deliverables — from requirements to design and implementation.
* Map existing reporting catalogues to Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities and identify enhancement opportunities.
* Conduct client workshops to capture reporting requirements and align expectations.
* Develop a robust reporting strategy using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics, SCM Analytics, ERP Analytics, and Fusion Data Intelligence.
* Ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with governance and best practices.
* Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to integrate reporting into the wider transformation programme.
* Manage stakeholder communication and act as the escalation point for all reporting-related matters.
* Proactively identify and mitigate reporting delivery risks.

* Proven experience in Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics.
