Your new role You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, handling day-to-day operational and tenant-related matters. This includes building strong relationships with occupiers, coordinating rent collection, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The portfolio spans a broad range of assets, including shopping centres, retail units, offices, hotels, and mixed-use developments. A key part of your role will also involve the preparation and management of service charge budgets. What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you'll need previous experience in Commercial Real Estate, with at least 1-2 years in a similar position. Strong working knowledge of service charge budgeting is highly desirable. As this role involves regular communication between tenants and landlords, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success.
