Your Day-to-Day will Include:
Credit control and chasing outstanding balances
Processing purchase ledger invoices & company credit cards
Posting sales invoices & reconciling accounts
Bank reconciliations
Weekly/monthly supplier payment runs
Running Sage Payroll, producing P11Ds & P60s
Managing CIS returns
Assisting auditors and supporting year-end accounts
We’re Looking For:
✅ AAT Level 3 qualified (or equivalent experience)
✅ Confidence using Xero accounting software
✅ Sage Payroll knowledge
✅ Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
✅ Unmatched attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Excellent communication and listening skills
