Join our client based in Hereford as an Operations Coordinator.
**Must have experience in a similar role**
Duties:
* Manage all UK based logistics
* Liaise with UK couriers and manage daily manifests and queries.
* Manage customer complaints and escalations.
* Collaborate with all teams to ensure a smooth operation of shipments
About you:
* Proven experience in warehouse and logistics
* Experience in a customer facing role
* Strong computer skills
Hours & Salary:
* Monday - Friday
* 8am - 5pm
* £29K - £32K per annum (DOE)
