Ipswich ( home based option )
Part‑Time: 30 hours/week
Pay: £12.50 PAYE plus holiday
Hours 9.00am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday

About the Role
Working within a busy highways team as a Project Administrator supporting project meetings, capturing minutes, logging actions, and helping drive smooth communication across teams. This role can also be home based if needed, but you’ll need to attend the office for meetings.
What You’ll Be Doing
Attending project meetings, taking notes and distributing minutes
Logging actions and ensuring follow‑ups are tracked and communicated
Supporting flexible meeting hours (later times when required)
Providing general administrative support to highways projects, coordinated via remote work and office attendance
Working Pattern & Pay
Working hours: typical day 9:00‑15:30, ~30 hours/week
Flexibility in hours for meeting attendance; some later or varied hours possible (paid overtime or flexible time)
Pay: £12.50/hr (PAYE) or £15.65/hr via umbrella
What We’re Looking For
Strong note‑taking and minute preparation skills
Excellent organisation and ability to track and chase actions
Good written & verbal communication
Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to Ipswich
Flexibility to work outside standard hours occasionally
