Protection Advisor – Remote (Fully Remote - Within the UK). Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, £65k+ OTE.

Due to year-on-year growth, my client is actively seeking experienced and ambitious Protection Advisors to join their successful team and contribute by looking after direct applicants from enquiry through to completion/paid out. As a Protection Advisor, you will guide clients through their protection journey, from initial inquiry to completion—ensuring they receive expert advice on income protection, mortgage protection, and other essential coverage. You will work with a whole-of-market approach, leveraging innovative technology to work efficiently while maintaining the personal touch that builds lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Guide clients through their protection journey from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring expert advice on income protection, mortgage protection, and other essential coverage.
* Operate with a whole-of-market approach, leveraging the company’s technology to work efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.
* Manage direct applicants from enquiry through to completion/paid out.
* Provide personalised protection advice based on client needs and circumstances.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* 2+ years of experience advising on protection products in a brokerage environment
* Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working independently
* Demonstrates expertise in handling B2C inquiries
* Comfortable navigating multiple lenders to find optimal whole-of-market solutions
* RO5 qualification (preferred but not essential)
* Experience of supporting customers from initial enquiry to completion
