The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of construction and maintenance tasks across multiple trades, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Duties
* Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for various construction activities.
* Perform some carpentry tasks including framing, skirtings, window cills, fitting, and finishing work.
* Experienced in plaster boarding, fitting flooring.
Skills
* Own a vehicle to get to various local sites.
* Have own basic hand tools.
* Be skilled in operating power tools including drills, grinders, and saws.
* Knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials used in construction projects.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
* Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Be able to work in a small team.
