Telesales Executive – Compare My Move

£28,000 base up to £40,000 OTE

Total package worth up to £47,000+ per year including bonuses and benefits

Hodge House, Cardiff

Monday-Friday | No weekends or bank holidays | Onsite

At Compare My Move, we connect people across the UK with trusted professionals in our Partner Network specialising in removals, conveyancing, surveying and mortgages. Together, we aim to make moving home simpler, smarter and less stressful.

We’re expanding our B2B telesales team and looking for confident, motivated salespeople who enjoy building relationships, hitting realistic targets, and being part of a team that values trust, consistency and fair reward for effort.


What you’ll do

You’ll manage a mix of inbound and outbound sales, turning warm leads into long‑term partnerships. It’s about conversations that build confidence and create value for both sides, not scripts or pressure.

* Respond professionally and at pace to convert warm inbound leads to new partners
* Make structured outbound calls from provided data to grow our Partner Network
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
* Hit clear, achievable monthly and quarterly targets
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure every partner has a great experience


Your profile


What you’ll bring

* A genuine interest in sales, customer conversations and commercial outcomes
* Confidence speaking to customers and asking questions to understand their needs
* A positive, resilient attitude and willingness to learn from feedback
* The ability to work towards targets and stay motivated in a performance environment
* Clear communication skills and a professional, reliable approach


Nice to have

* Experience in a customer‑facing, sales or contact‑centre role
* Exposure to outbound calling, lead handling or consultative sales
* Experience working with targets, KPIs or performance measures

* £28,000 base + £34,000–£40,000 realistic OTE

We offer flexitime between 6am and 8pm, with no core hours. Our sales team shapes their day around when potential new partners are most active. They can start earlier, finish earlier, or adjust their schedule when needed. It’s flexibility that works for you, your team and the people we partner with.
