Progressive law firm in Sussex is recruiting into commercial litigation team! My client offering the opportunity to work in a full-time hands on position in a busy civil litigation and dispute resolution supporting the litigation partner. You will be able to get involved in all aspects of client matters and day to day duties will include; drafting documents, reviewing and reporting on documentation, taking statements from witnesses, attending to and assessing new enquiries, preparing cases for court hearings and undertaking legal research. Ideally you will have excellent attention to detail and good understanding of litigation procedure.
