Work closely with support staff to ensure all students are included and supported. Adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and encouragement. Experience and Qualifications: Experience teaching drama, ideally in a PRU or similar setting. Ability to engage students with behavioural difficulties through creative teaching methods. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A clear DBS check. Right to work in the UK.
