As a Data Assurance Lead in the Global Regulatory Reporting team, you will design and deliver next-generation data quality frameworks. You will lead a team to ensure transparent, accurate, and compliant data flows across our systems. Together, we will align with global regulatory requirements and drive strategic change.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of regulatory reporting professionals.
2. Design and implement a Quality Assurance Framework for cyclical and diagnostic QA.
3. Oversee test execution and compare actual outcomes with expected results.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
5. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
7. Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
8. In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, including MIFID, EMIR, SFTR, SEC, and CFTC.
9. Strong analytical skills to assess and improve reporting processes.
10. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
11. Experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
12. Familiarity with reporting software and data management systems.
