CTO Role
The CTO will define and lead the company’s technology vision, strategy, and execution. This role is responsible for scaling a secure, high-performance blockchain platform, driving innovation, and aligning technology decisions with business goals. The CTO works closely with executive leadership and leads a growing global engineering organization.

* Own and deliver the technology strategy and roadmap
* Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security
* Monitor emerging blockchain and crypto technologies to maintain competitive advantage
* Ensure high-quality user experience from design through deployment
* Leadership & Team
* Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams
* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, Business Development, and Operations
* Governance, Budget & Security
* Manage technology budgets and resource allocation
* Own security architecture, protecting user assets and data
* Stay ahead of evolving security threats and industry best practices
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles
* 2+ years in blockchain or cryptocurrency environments
* Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex platforms
* Deep hands-on knowledge of blockchain technologies (e.g. Bitcoin, Ethereum, smart contracts, DeFi)
* Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain security
* Experience with open-source projects and developer communities
* Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
