The Role
You will advise a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs and corporate clients across a variety of sectors.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of matters including:
* Mergers & Acquisitions
* Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
* Shareholder agreements and investment transactions
* Commercial contracts
* Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
* Corporate governance and company law matters
* General commercial advisory work
* Working closely with experienced partners, you will play a key role in managing transactions, building client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused legal advice.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland, Ireland, England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
* You will ideally have 2 + years PQE and there is flexibility in terms of level
* Experience gained within corporate and/or commercial law
* Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
* Commercially focused with excellent communication skills
* Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Keen to develop their career within a growing and progressive firm
