Responsibilities
* Drafting and reviewing wills, EPAs and other legal documents related to inheritance law.
* Ensuring documents meet UK legal and regulatory standards.
* Advising on the technical aspects of inheritance law.
* Collaborating with cross‑European legal and support teams.
* Using the digital platform to deliver legal services.
* Supporting families with estate and succession matters.
* Participating in consultations with clients.
* Delivering compassionate, clear and practical advice.
* Transitioning to direct legal guidance for clients as the UK branch expands.
Qualifications
* Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
* Strong experience drafting Wills, EPAs and estate‑planning documents.
* Solid understanding of UK legal and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
* Confident working with digital tools and legal platforms.
