The Role
As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you'll take ownership of managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google and social platforms. You'll work across a diverse client portfolio, leading campaign strategy, execution, and performance improvement while contributing to the wider growth of the digital team.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and paid social channels
* Manage campaigns end-to-end, from initial setup through to scaling and ongoing performance improvement
* Take ownership of client accounts, using data and insights to inform strategy and maximise ROI
* Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition into campaign delivery
* Deliver clear, insightful reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
* Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and platform developments
* Contribute to campaign strategy and support new business initiatives where required
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in paid media (agency experience desirable)
* Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns
* Confident analysing data and making performance-driven decisions
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
* Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning
* Exposure to platforms like TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, or Spotify is a bonus
