Key Information
 * Salary: £38,891 – £46,804 or £47,634 – £52,324 (commencement based on skills and experience)
 * Duration: Fixed Term – 24 months
 * Hours per week: 35 hours per week (Full Time) or part‑time (minimum 60% FTE)
 * Location: Sutton
 * Closing date: 23rd November 2025
 * This role may be eligible for ICR Sponsorship. Visa support provided if relocating to the UK.

Job Details
 * Analyse clinical trial datasets and translate cutting‑edge science into quality trials that can transform cancer care.
 * Work across a variety of therapeutic areas in oncology, broadening statistical knowledge.
 * Collaborate as part of a multi‑disciplinary research team, including statisticians, clinical investigators, translational analysts, bioinformaticians, and trial managers.
 * Support the statistical development, oversight, and analysis of national/international Phase II‑III trials and early‑phase trials in the ICR‑CTSU portfolio.
 * Engage in trials methodology research and translational biomarker studies.
Key Requirements
 * Post‑graduate qualification in statistics or an allied field, or a first degree in statistics with practical medical statistics experience.
 * Solid understanding of clinical trials and experience applying statistical methods to real‑world data.
 * Effective oral and written communication skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration.
 * Well‑motivated and enthusiastic about statistical work in an academic, clinical trials environment.

The Clinical Trials And Statistics Unit (ICR‑CTSU) manages a portfolio of national and international Phase II and III clinical trials, alongside early‑phase I/II trials. Statisticians work on protocol design, oversight, and detailed analysis, and contribute to methodological research and biomarker studies.
