We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Willington & Hilton areas (DE65) area. We are seeking a patient and proactive female carer to support a vibrant young woman living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and additional complex needs. This is a vital role focused on building a trusting partnership that provides essential respite for her dedicated mother and empowers our client to expand her horizons. Our client is fully verbal and ready to collaborate with someone who truly listens. The journey begins with building rapport and confidence within the home, with the ultimate goal of transitioning into community outings and social engagement Shifts include - Monday to Sunday - 11am to 2pm and or 6pm to 7pm - Alternate Weekends - Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
