Asset manager

London
Praxis Group
Asset manager
Posted: 20 February
Offer description

Department:
Business Space Asset Management

Purpose:

Be instrumental in the next phase of growth for one of the UK's leading privately owned real estate investors.

This is not a "steady-state" asset management role.

This is an opportunity to take
true ownership of a portfolio of privately owned Business Space assets within a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment and drive them to new levels of income, value and operational excellence.

You'll sit within an established, industry-leading Asset Management function, but with the autonomy and authority to make real decisions. You will lead strategy, unlock value, and organise the in-house Property and Facilities Management teams around you to ensure delivery.

If you're someone who embraces challenge, thrives on accountability and wants visibility at senior level this role offers exactly that.

About Praxis:

One of the UK's leading real estate investors. Praxis is a well-established privately owned investor and manager of UK real estate with a track record of exceptional investment performance rooted in astute market timing and best-in-class management. The business was established in 2009 but traces its origins back over three decades and multiple economic cycles.

This is a company going places and you'll be part of shaping the journey.

Our Culture:

We are a high-performance business deeply passionate about what we do and entrepreneurial in how we approach it.

Our vertically integrated model means everyone is aligned to the same business plan. Asset Management, Property Management, Facilities, Investment & Capital raising are all working toward shared objectives. That alignment creates a highly energising, collaborative and commercially focused environment.

We operate at pace. Decisions are made quickly. Ideas are welcomed. Execution matters.

Ours is a flat structure with genuine access to Senior Leadership. You're not layers removed from decision-makers, you're in the room. Your voice is heard and strong performance is recognised.

This particular role sits just a couple of levels beneath the COO, giving you real visibility across the business and the opportunity to make a tangible impact. If you want your work to be seen, valued and rewarded this is that kind of environment.
