Regional Commercial Manager – Building Services (MEP) Yorkshire & North East £70,000 – £110,000 + Car Allowance & Full Package A well-established, medium-sized MEP contractor is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to take commercial responsibility for its Yorkshire and North East region, delivering circa £25m annual turnover. This is a key leadership role within a growing regional business unit. The position would suit either: * An experienced Commercial Manager with a proven track record in large-scale building services projects, or * A high-calibre Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a broader commercial leadership role.
