Lead end-to-end procurement processes for construction projects
Collaborate with property and procurement teams to develop tender documentation and manage approvals
Shape contract strategies and routes to market in partnership with senior stakeholders
Drive procurement projects from planning through to contract award
Profile
A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:
Proven experience in public sector procurement, ideally within local government
Strong knowledge of construction procurement and frameworks
Operational, hands-on approach to procurement delivery
Ability to work on-site in Harlow 4 days per week
