Job Description for LPN
* Full Time - 2nd Shift
* Part Time - 2nd Shift
* 65 Bed Facility
* LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
* Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
* Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
Qualifications for LPN
* A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
* Current LPN License
* Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification
* Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
* Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
