About the Role
We are seeking a detaildriven Junior HR Assistant for a short-term project focused on employee data accuracy and HR file management. This role plays a key part in supporting the transition to our new system by ensuring employee information is reviewed, updated, and transferred correctly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in developing their HR knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review and audit existing employee files to ensure documentation is complete and up to date
2. Transfer employee information into the new HRIS, ensuring accuracy and consistency
3. Perform highvolume data entry with strong attention to detail
4. Support digitalisation and organisation of personnel files
5. Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag where required
6. Assist with general HR administrative tasks such as preparing documents, updating spreadsheets, and responding to basic inbox queries
7. Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly
Skills & Qualities
8. Strong accuracy and attention to detail - essential for dataheavy work
9. Confident using HR terminology or willing to learn quickly
10. Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems
11. Able to work independently to complete repetitive tasks efficiently
12. Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload
13. Professional, discreet, and reliable
Experience Required
14. Administrative experience preferred
15. Experience with data entry or file auditing is beneficial
16. Previous HR exposure is essential
17. Training on the HRIS and processes will be provided
