WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER TO LEAD OUR STORE AT FLORAL ST., LONDON!
You will be an ambassador for GANNI, working within our curated stores. The GANNI culture emphasizes learning and results, uniting everyone with a common purpose.

Your role involves leading your team to deliver seamless, efficient service tailored to client needs.
You will manage a business with an omnichannel approach, where missing a sale is not acceptable. You will drive footfall through digital outreach, online bookings, and in-store events, fostering the GANNI community.
You will work towards KPI targets, supporting a team culture that is authentic, optimistic, results-driven, and eager to learn.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STORE
* Ensure exceptional client experiences and build loyalty
* Drive client outreach to increase store footfall
* Support your team in reaching KPI targets
* Organize and support in-store shopping events and follow-ups
* Analyze store performance and assist in defining improvement actions
* Identify sales opportunities and maintain VM guidelines
* Manage stock effectively
TEAM MANAGEMENT
* Assist in daily operations and planning
* Encourage client loyalty through in-store activities
* Motivate and coach team members towards targets
* Participate in workshops to improve performance
* Maintain an open, friendly team environment
* Organize staff meetings
COMMUNICATION & DEVELOPMENT
* Keep the team informed about business trends
* Support clear communication channels
* Handle administrative tasks like reporting
* Seek personal leadership development
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
* At least 1 year of management and team leadership experience
* Strong client database and digital clienteling skills
* Understanding of omnichannel and omnicommerce
* Results-oriented with KPI experience
* Experience with business intelligence tools
* Proven sales training skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
