About the role
We are looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Bromley Showroom. You’ll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve sales targets and exceptional customer service.
Salary: a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure with OTE £70k.
Main responsibilities
* Be the inspirational leader of the showroom team, ensuring all Wren customers enjoy a first-class experience
* Recruit and develop incredible people who will become integral to the showroom’s success
* Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
As a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
