Our client is looking for a talented Paraplanner/Practice Manager to join their team, who can demonstrate a background of providing high-level technical paraplanning, including the production of cash flow models and high-quality suitability reports. You will provide technical expertise to support and assist in this process through undertaking detailed research and analysis of various financial planning solutions, producing compliant financial planning reports for our Financial Advisors/Partners to present to clients.
This role is based at our client's Rainham (Kent) office, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Financial Planner in formulating advice to clients, providing technical support and guidance where appropriate.
2. Review client objectives to ensure they are clear, concise, and achievable based on the client’s financial circumstances.
3. Research and analyze investment funds and financial products, considering client objectives.
4. Review asset allocation for investment/pension holdings.
5. Complete financial cash flow forecasts to demonstrate the client’s current and future financial position.
6. Prepare Financial Plans outlining the current position, target goals, and steps to achieve them.
7. Liaise with Product Providers / Third Parties regarding technical queries.
8. Accurately complete new business sheets for handover to the PA.
9. Support and assist team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and deadlines are met.
10. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of all financial products.
11. Hold a Level 4 diploma minimum, ideally working towards Chartered status.
12. Have at least 3 years of experience in a paraplanning role.
13. Maintain good attention to detail.

15. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
16. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
17. Be organized and capable of managing a busy workload.
