Job Description
Our client, a global asset manager, are currently looking for an institutional focused marketer (AVP level) to join them on an initial 12 month contract.
Day Rate: £400 (PAYE)
Location: London x3 days onsite
Responsibilities
* Support the planning, development, and end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with UK Client Marketing, the wider Marketing & Communications team, and distribution partners.
* Contribute creative, solution-focused ideas to campaign development, helping to engage target audiences and achieve go-to-market objectives.
* Assist with audience segmentation and journey mapping, supporting prioritisation and execution across channels, products, and client segments.
* Work closely with specialist marketing teams (digital, social, content, brand, and events) to coordinate and deliver campaigns effectively and on time.
* Support the rollout of product launches, thought leadership initiatives, and client communications, ensuring messaging is tailored to the intended audience.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships across the UK Client Marketing team, broader Marketing & Communications function, and key stakeholders including distribution, investments, and product teams.
* Act as a proactive and reliable team member, supporting senior colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
Requirements
* Experience in a campaign or client marketing role within asset management (must have)
* Proven ability to plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and content.
* Strong analytical skills, including experience in performance reporting and communicating insights to varied audiences.
* Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
