About SquareWell Partners
SquareWell Partners (“SquareWell”) is seeking to expand its advisory team to support its corporate and investor clients. Ideal candidates will have a management consultancy and/or research background in shareholder activism, corporate transactions, corporate governance, and/or sustainability. While performing their duties, this professional will work closely with senior management teams of clients, helping them develop their strategies on shareholder-related topics.

Responsibilities
* Undertake a number of administrative tasks, ranging from calendar preparation to preparing investor profiles for clients.
* Research governance and sustainability topics, ranging from executive pay to director elections.
* Collect data and produce peer and best practice benchmark reports on selected topics.
* Draft presentations and memos that are board-ready on topics of interest to corporate clients.
* Monitor news and reports, both from a practice and regulatory perspective, to share with the team as well as SquareWell’s clients.
* Undertake research to contribute to SquareWell’s thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record; MBA, JD, or equivalent preferred.

* Proficient in English. Japanese, German, Spanish, Italian, French, and/or Dutch would be an advantage.
Requirement Process

* The recruitment process involves an initial screener questionnaire, a case study, two interviews (one in person).
* SquareWell has adopted a hybrid work model where team members are expected to be in the office at least four days a week.
