£90,000-£95,000 plus excellent benefits package
Responsibilities
* Oversee and scale a portfolio of high-quality elderly care services, ensuring premium standards of care and regulatory compliance.
* Lead operational performance, quality assurance, financial outcomes, and people development in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
* Shape strategy, support Home Managers, and ensure new and existing services are commissioned, embedded, and optimised.
* Drive occupancy, fee growth and margin while maintaining high standards of care.
