We're looking for a General Manager who leads the team with positive energy, passion, and humility. We host our customers like family, always giving 100% to create memorable experiences, which we call "old-school hospitality". As a General Manager at Honest, you'll take pride and ownership of your restaurant and support your local community.
In addition to being a talented and hardworking leader, you'll embrace responsibilities by leading from the front, coaching, and guiding your team to success. You'll work closely with your Head Chef and management team to meet company KPIs, standards, and efficiency, while ensuring your team's happiness and welfare. We want you to foster a culture of loyalty, positivity, and opportunity, recognizing the impact you can have on your team and customers. You'll report to the Operations Manager and build strong, professional relationships with other restaurant teams and the Support Office.

Compensation & Benefits:
* £41,650 - £53,350 OTE (basic salary plus service charge; data shows you can earn £1 to £5 extra per hour)
