What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supervise and support the customer service team, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance.
2. Monitor team metrics and performance to ensure targets are met and operational goals are achieved.
3. Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
4. Train and mentor new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
5. Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
6. Analyze customer feedback and service trends to identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve communication.
8. Prepare reports on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics for management review.
9. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
