Job Title Process Manager (bakery)| Location Watnall (NG16) So what’s it all about? As our next Process Manager, you will have a passion for all things operations and process, with demonstrable experience gained within a bakery environment. You will be a huge food enthusiast with attention to detail, and you would relish the opportunity to see your products on the shelves of some of the major retailers UK-wide. You will work collaboratively across all functions to influence all colleagues on the importance of process control & maintaining Hovis standards. Your remit will be to ensure that the quality of the product is to a high standard to drive consistency & reduce quality complaints. You are not the type to lack organisational skills and process focus. This isn't your average 9-5, as no two days are alike. You will be passionate about engaging colleagues and will be comfortable leading and influencing at all levels within the business. As part of the site senior leadership team, you will be part of driving change at pace whilst working towards a common goal for the site. As our next Process Manager, you will lead on new product development, existing product development and all product launches at site alongside bill of materials management, waste reduction & yield improvement. The Key Requirements Educated to degree level with a food specialism or equivalent (or has relevant work experience) Minimum 3-5 years of process/operational management experience within a Bakery/Food Manufacturer. Free on-site parking. Job Title: Business Account Manager – Grocery | Location: High Wycombe (HP12 3QS), Hybrid ways of working So what’s it all about? As our next Grocery Business Account Manager – you will be instrumental in building on Hovis' leading position within one our most strategic partners. You will be responsible for delivering the budgeted P&L, implementing a Joint Business Plan, identifying & executing new opportunities across the Hovis bakery portfolio, and influencing key contacts both internally & externally. To excel in this role, you'll have a keen eye for detail, the ability to build relationships, an openness to change, and a proactive nature. You will not be someone who hides behind a desk. You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, within the fast-paced FMCG bakery category and will be expected to visit depots, stores and the buying team on a weekly basis to make a real difference. As the next Grocery Business Account Manager - you will report into the Grocery Business Unit Director. You will take the lead on periodic forecasting, account reviews, senior level meetings alongside building and activating an annual Hovis branded media plan. This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge of key grocery accounts and exposure to a broader retail group business, which represents a strategic area of focus for Hovis. Success in this role is a proven pathway, for future career progression within Hovis. The Key Requirements A minimum of 5 years spent in an FMCG commercial role Educated to degree level or equivalent Experience within a customer-facing role, dealing regularly with members of the buying, category, supply chain team(s). Strong understanding of P&L and forecasting processes. A strong communicator, engaging presenter and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
