We are looking for an energetic team player who will be responsible for leading and managing both the Construction Framework and Professional Services Framework for North Lincolnshire Council. The frameworks are used for the delivery of capital projects.
The successful candidate will have:
- knowledge and experience of using the Suite of NEC Construction Contracts
- a sound knowledge of procurement and contract management, ideally in the construction sector
- experience and proven ability to lead high profile projects
- management experience including leading teams
- educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- able to analyse, interpret and present complex data, both financial and otherwise
- able to make strategic decisions and drive forward change
