Key Responsibilities:.. Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Turkish dishes, including chicken & lamb shish, kofte kebabs, and other menu items.. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served, maintaining our restaurant's reputation for excellence.. Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the head chef, including inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation.. Assist other kitchen staff on food preparation to ensure timely order preparation.. Collaborate with management for menu updates and feedback from customers.. Ensure food hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
