Photocopier Field Service Engineer | Location: Birmingham / West Midlands

Responsibilities
* Deliver technical support within agreed SLA timeframes
* Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and accurately
* Perform routine maintenance, updates, and modifications
* Assist with equipment installations and configuration
* Understand and adhere to SLAs for assigned accounts
* Carry out basic fault finding across managed print solutions
* Provide cover for colleagues during absence or peak periods
* Log service calls accurately and promptly
* Report recurring faults to support proactive resolution
* Share technical knowledge with team members
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
* Manage boot stock and site stock levels effectively
* Attend manufacturer training to maintain technical proficiency
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in field-based technical support within the MFD/photocopier/print sector
* Strong logical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer-facing ability
* Confident working independently while contributing to a high-performing team
Package
* Salary up to £31,000
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
