Sales Manager / Valuer – Manchester - £30,000 - £35,000 basic DOE + commissions

~ Working 1 in 3 Saturday’s, 10:00am – 4:00pm (Lieu day given)
~28 days annual leave
Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, and sales progression duties
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in speaking with premium property owners and understanding of the residential property market
Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Must have a full UK driving licence
