JOB TITLE: Mortgage Product Manager, Homes – 12 Month FTC/Secondment
SALARY: The salary banding for this role is £59,850 - £66,500
LOCATION: Chester, Manchester, Bristol, Halifax, Leeds or London
HOURS: 35 hours, full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

What will I be doing?
* Utilising data and analytics to inform product decisions, monitor performance, and identify improvement opportunities. Building dashboards and reports for metrics tracking.
* Defining and delivering strategies for customer management and treatment, balancing business, conduct, and customer considerations.
* Collaborating with Channel, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Platform teams to lead initiatives across Homes.
* Understanding customer behaviour and product performance, evaluating conduct and business risks.

* A degree or higher education is beneficial.
* Strong mortgage product background with proven management and enhancement experience.
* Proficiency in analytical tools and MI systems for data analysis and insights.
* Ability to influence relationships and drive improvements for customers.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative problem-solving skills to improve customer experiences.
* Risk assessment skills, identifying mitigants and strengthening controls.
