You’ll provide vital support to our customers overnight, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing. What you’ll do Support customers (65) with daily living tasks, promoting independence and personal goals. Provide tailored support with personal care, mobility, meals, household tasks, and medication. Help with shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving to independent accommodation where possible. Support customers to attend appointments, hobbies, college, or work. Complete risk assessments, support plans, goal setting, and reviews.
