We’re now looking for a Trainee Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) & Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. About the Role:
As a Trainee VDA & Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of service while learning the technical aspects of vehicle damage assessment. You’ll work closely with experienced VDAs and Estimators, developing your knowledge of accident repair processes, estimating systems, and insurance procedures — all while keeping customers informed throughout their repair journey.
Key Responsibilities:
14. Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone.
15. Support with preparing and updating repair estimates.
16. Liaise with insurance companies and internal teams to ensure smooth repair progress.
17. Learn to assess vehicle damage using industry-standard systems and tools.
18. Help manage repair bookings and customer communication from start to finish.

About You:
