Quantity Surveyor – Planned Maintenance
Up to £55,000 Car Allowance Package
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established team delivering planned maintenance works within a long-term contract environment.
This role will focus primarily on managing planned works programmes with project values up to £2m. The position offers a good balance of office and site-based work, with around 70 to 80 percent office-based and the remaining time spent on site.
The Role
1. Managing costs across planned maintenance programmes, with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms
2. Managing subcontractor accounts from procurement through to final account
3. Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial performance and project delivery
What we are looking for
4. Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within planned maintenance or social housing
5. Strong understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract
6. Comfortable managing multiple schemes in a fast-paced environment
7. Practical experience is valued over formal qualifications
8. Able to work both independently and as part of a wider commercial team
