Team Leader – Children’s Home Location: Wednesbury WS10 Salary: £30,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join a children’s residential home, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs. You will lead shifts, support staff, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead shifts and support care staff Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding Support young people in daily activities and routines Contribute to care plans and risk assessments Promote positive behaviour and outcomes Requirements: Experience working in a children’s home Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Experience in a senior/support role Strong communication and leadership skills Flexible to work shifts including sleep-ins
