Your new role Supporting the large team in maintenance and working positively with other departments for the success and betterment of the site. Preventative, reactive and improved maintenance on production-related equipment. Assist contractors, work to safety protocols and aim to keep production running as much as possible. What you'll need to succeed Hands-on, multi-skilled maintenance ability within a production-related environment would be necessary, along with a time-served engineering course and being able to demonstrate multi-skilled knowledge. Open to working overtime to support the team on occasions but not What you'll get in return Salary for basic hours is between £50000 and £55000, overtime is time and a half and double time depending on when worked, excellent holidays and pension provision are standard for the site.
