* Previous experience as General Manager in student accommodation or large residential complex
* Ability to lead, animate, coach and develop a cohesive team
* Total commitment to hospitality, customer service & quality
* Strong commercial acumen combined with the ability to build stakeholder relationship at all levels
* Take an active role in forecasting, budgeting and reporting to maximise profitability
* Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs, internally and from external suppliers
* Experience across Property and Facilities Management
* Exposure to sales and marketing
* Comfortable being point of contact for all enquiries
