The Role:
Plan and deliver high-quality, creative, and differentiated lessons to meet the varying needs of pupils.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected.
Promote positive behaviour management strategies that encourage pupil engagement and motivation.
Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupils' academic and emotional development.
Participate fully in staff training, team meetings, and whole-school events as part of your professional development.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to achieve QTS by September 2025.
Be passionate about teaching and committed to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pupils, staff, and families.
Be reflective, resilient, and willing to embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
