Your new role
This role is best described as customer account ownership from an operational perspective.
You will take end-to-end responsibility for a defined portfolio of customers across European and global markets, acting as the primary point of contact between the customer and the manufacturing plant. You will manage the full customer journey - from order entry and master data accuracy through to delivery performance, KPI management and invoice resolution.
Working closely with Planning, Logistics, Quality, Pricing and Commercial teams, you will balance customer expectations with internal capability, making informed decisions and escalating where appropriate. This is a highly interactive role requiring regular customer communication, confidence in managing challenges, and the ability to operate with autonomy once trained.
